Must act as the custodian of corporate records, statutory books and registers.
Advise the Management on good governance practices and compliance of Corporate Governance norms
Standardization of legal & secretarial processes in line with industry practices.
Advising on Compliance of legal and procedural aspects under various corporate laws and acts.
Able to manage all legal documentation, negotiations, litigation, etc.
Managing Compliance with rules and regulations pertaining to the securities market.
Manage Secretarial and Compliance Audit.
Must act as the custodian of corporate records, statutory books and registers.
Advise businesses on both external and internal compliance.
Devise and implement compliance awareness among staff and clients.

Brief Key skillset required are as below

Core java / J2EE experience

Excellent Ajax or Dojo experience

Excellent java scripting experience

Good database experience must on MYSQL or Oracle or DB2 or MS SQL

Should be willing to travel at various domestic location for project implementation

Should be willing to work on product installation and implementation activities

Knowledge or any formal training in Portal / Portlet would be major advantage - Good to have

Experience in Reporting tools like Cognos etc. would be added advantage - Good to have
